The book is based on a 35-day pack raft trip that spanned Baffin's Auyuittuq National Park. The journey took place from the north of Pangnirtung, Nunavit to the south of Mount Asgard.
The author describes his experience on a three-week, 100-mile backpacking expedition to Baffin Island, Canada. In addition to taking photos of the pristine landscape, Will Christiansen also created 4 HD desktop wallpapers of the island. The landscapes and climate change are stunningly beautiful, which makes the pictures especially useful for any tourist on the ice-capped isle.
